About

Two principals.
One way of working.

B Productive exists because we kept seeing the same gap: companies with serious AI ambitions and serious product gaps, and not enough senior outside judgment in the room when the big decisions were being made. We've both been on every side of that gap  -  building, shipping, scaling, and occasionally killing AI products in production environments where it actually mattered.

We work as a partnership. Most engagements involve both of us, though one of us usually leads depending on the shape of the work. We share a high bar for what we take on: only work where outside senior judgment can genuinely change the outcome, only a small number of engagements at a time.

Technical feasibility · AI architecture

Dmitry leads AI Solutions at Octave (the planned Hexagon AB software spin-off), where his team turns AI capabilities into shipped enterprise features.

Most of what he does, he's done before. PhD in Computer Science. Ex-Amazon BI engineer. CPO and CTO at Wizata, where he built the product and engineering teams from scratch and drove the platform vision with the founders  -  an AI-ready Industrial IoT platform now deployed across 30+ global sites, with the first paying multinational customer onboarded six months in. Co-founder of two earlier SaaS startups; both failed commercially, which is where most of the useful lessons came from.

The through-line: production AI in industrial and asset-heavy domains, where the demo-to-production gap is where most products quietly die.

In B Productive, Dmitry leads technical feasibility on diligence engagements and provides AI architecture direction on setup engagements.

Product viability · Fractional product lead

Regina is a CSPO with a decade-plus of B2B product work, and the primary delivery capacity for B Productive engagements.

Two things she's known for: killing bad product ideas before they get built, and owning B2B products end-to-end  -  from setting up the practice to shipping features that customers actually adopt in production.

The killing-ideas part comes from years of asking the question founders don't want to hear: who actually pays for this, and why now? She's used it to save clients months of wasted build, including a product management platform and a Luxembourg food-tech startup whose founder later told her she was right.

The end-to-end ownership part has been the through-line of her career. At Cascade Lab she led product across both greenfield and brownfield products in the compliance, AML, and KYC portfolio. At Wizata she joined as Product Owner for the AI and IIoT platform, restructured how the team shipped, and drove regular two-to-three week releases of new functionality into customer production environments. Before that she co-founded and ran product for Rulingo, an online translation business management platform, and a stealth B2B startup. And before all of it, several years in SAP Manufacturing Intelligence consulting for global producers  -  Smurfit Kappa, Eramet, Eastman, Lhoist  -  where she learned what enterprise software has to survive to actually get used.

Background in math and computer science. Based in Luxembourg, working across Europe in English and Russian.

In B Productive, Regina leads product viability and commercial assessment on diligence engagements, and embeds as fractional product lead on setup engagements.
